Life gets busy. It can be hard to remember what you ate for breakfast, let alone the products you ordered last year. The Westburne mobile app is here to do the thinking for you! The app puts the full functionality of your Westburne account into the palm of your hand. While no replacement for your Westburne rep, the app lets you dive 24-months deep into your account history, 24-hours a day, 7-days a week.
24-months of history
Access detailed order and invoice activity for the past 24 months, no matter where you are. From the home screen, tap My Account to unlock your Westburne account history. Tap Invoice to access all invoices generated within the past 24 months for both on-and-offline orders. Can’t find an order? You also have the option to retrieve invoices by date.
Check status of active orders any time of day
Tap my account, then Order history to view all on-and-offline orders placed within the past 24 months. Also find the status of active or outstanding orders here. Use the search bar to retrieve by order number if the order you are looking for is not listed. Backordered items? Tap the arrow beside the order to view status, check individual items, or double-check cost and delivery options if needed.
